"Users of this facility do so at their own risk. Neither the City of Biloxi nor the Department of Parks and Recreation, or their authorized representatives, shall be liable for any injury or damage caused by any dog in the park. Use of this facility is at the sole responsibility of the user. 2 The dog park is for dogs, their handlers, and those accompanying them. NO other animal species, or other uses, are permitted. 3 All dogs must be legally licensed and vaccinated and shall wear a visible dog license. 4 Dogs under 4 months of age and female dogs in heat are prohibited. 5 Dogs must be on leash and gates fully closed when entering and exiting the dogpark. 6 Dogs must be under control of their handler and in view of their handler at all times. Spiked collars are prohibited. 7 Dog grooming in the park is prohibited. 8 Children 8 years and under are not allowed in the dog park. Ages 9 - 15 must be accompanied by a handler. Handlers must be 16 years of age or older. 9 Handlers must have possession of the dog leash at all times. Handler is limited to a maxium of two dogs. 10 Handlers must immediately ""scoop the poop"" and deposit in designated containers. 11 Handlers must fill any holes dug by dogs under their control. 12 Food or treats (dog or human) are prohibited. 13 Dogs must be removed from the dogpark at the first sign of aggression. 14 Handlers are responsible for any injuries caused by dogs they have brought into the dog park. 15 Professional training of dogs is prohibited. 16 Failure to abide by dog park rules may result in the violator being barred from the park. 17 Call (228) 388-7170 or email: [email protected] to report illegal or suspicious activity at the park."
