BARX PARX FACILITY RULES: 1. 1. You must be 21 years of age or older. 2. Your dog must be well socialized and do well with other pups and people. 3. All dogs must have current vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, Canine Influenza and DHPP). Dogs should be healthy and free from contagious illness, disease, parasites, fleas and ticks. 4. Dogs must pass a behavior assessment. Behavior assessments are performed by trained staff members and are by appointment only. 5. Dogs under 4 months of age are not permitted outside of our puppy socialization classes. 6. Dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered. 7. All dogs must be leashed upon entering the building and remain on leash in all areas of the facility – except in the designated off-leash areas. Remove your dog’s leash in the gated corrals before he joins the other dogs to play. 8. Retractable leashes, prong collars, choker collars, shock collars and non-quick release collars (without a seat-belt type buckle) are not permitted. We do have plenty of available leashes and collars that you are more than welcome to borrow while on site if need be. 9. You must keep an eye on your pup and be in control of them at all times. Remain in sight of your dog at all times and don’t turn your back on them. Your dog is your responsibility and keeping an eye on them will help keep them playing safe. Please consider wearing closed toe shoes and refrain from excessive cell phone usage. 10. Maximum of 2 dogs per handler while attending the indoor dog park portion. 11. Each guest will be required to sign a waiver upon entry.
