Pavilions & Parks may not be used for Commercial Purposes Each group or organization using a Pavilion or Park must obtain a Facility Use Permit for the Date and Time it is in use. Cancellations of Rental Agreements must be done prior to 48 hours of the date of use. NO Refunds will be given after the 48 hour grace period. To change the date and time of the rental, the original permit must be brought into City Hall prior to 48 hours of the original Rental Agreement date. Curfew for each Pavilion and Park is 10:00 PM on Sundays through Thursday and 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, except for the La Feria Nature Center which is open from Sunrise to Sunset Sundays through Saturdays. NO Alcoholic Beverages are allowed in any of these facilities Radios are Allowed – Bands and DJ’s must be approved by Administration prior to the Rental Agreement date. NO Glass Containers or any kind are permitted at these facilities. NO Vehicles are allowed on Grass areas. All Parks are Pet Friendly NOW! Help us Keep them Clean! The Renter is responsible for any Vandalism, Breakage or Damage to the Facility rented by any and all attendees of their activity during the Rental Agreement Date and Time specified. NO nails or staples are to be used in the buildings or trees to secure decorations.
