“during the day, during the week, there is occasionally some one home but will be inside the house. Weekends the family is mostly home and can remain inside during your visit. There are the occasional cyclists that ride up on Skyline. They are usually quiet as they pass by on the street. But if you are near the back of the property you won't even see them.”

Description

Mature, wooded park property, lots of paths and bushes, logs for a great jumping fun. Some water (pond) features in the rainy season. A great walking property that dogs love.

Hazards

HOST NOTE

During wet weather, there are spots that are slippery and you need to be very careful and wear solid shoes with traction. It is a park like space with lots of logs and trees and some bushes, some blackberry vines, tree roots, some water in small pond, etc.

Please walk the property before allowing your pet off the leash. Although we have tried to make the yard escape proof (there maybe places we have yet to find that allow a speedy pet exit). Remove all pet waste using compostable pet bags and put in the green containers by the driveway.
