Amenities

1. All participants using the off-leash dog park are required to submit the proper registration forms and provide documentation of current vaccination records for all dogs prior to entry into the facility. 2. All dogs must display current license and vaccination tags. 3. Users of this facility do so at their own risk. Dog behavior can be unpredictable around other dogs & strangers. 4. Dog owners and handlers are strictly liable for any damage or injury caused by their dog(s). 5. Dog handlers must be 16 years of age or older. Children under 16 are not allowed in the park unless accompanied by an adult. 6. All dogs must remain leashed until they are within the designated, fenced area. There are people at the park who are not using the dog park, please be courteous. 7. Dogs must not be left unattended, & must be in view and under the voice command of their owner at all times. 8. ***Dog handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs*** 9. Dogs in heat and puppies under four months of age are not permitted in the park. 10. Dogs that fight or exhibit aggressive behavior must be immediately removed from the park by their owner. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated (Including humans!) 11. No more than three dogs per handler are allowed at one time. 12. No large dogs are permitted to enter the small dog area (25lbs or more). 13. No smoking, food or alcohol is allowed within the park. 14. Fill in any holes your dog may dig or make appropriate repairs to disturbed areas.
