Description

Five acres of fully fenced acreage. Fence is 6 foot cyclone. Hills and trees, lots of privacy. Great place to run your dogs. Nearby Snohomish is a perfect lunch spot.

Hazards

HOST NOTE

Mole holes in pasture. We all keep an eye out for them and mark with a stick until we can fill them. Bunnies can go under cyclone fence, so dogs should be at least 30 lbs to avoid escape artists.

Once a prospering beef cattle ranch, this beautiful farm has been transformed into a plush landscape of green pastures spreading as far as the eye can see. Just 30 minutes from Seattle, the working farm at its highlight supported a family of seven kids! The fire pit has had many a campfire songs sung around it while the salmon caught in the bordering Skykomish River is smoking in the brick smoker or BBQ'ing on the grill. We have 175 acres, but please let your dog run in the wooded area by the Skykomish river. Our land is not fenced, but the area you will let your dog run in is very far from the edge of the property.
