55One of our favo app rite spots so far! It was a great sized yard for our dog to play in, was very clean and well taken care of. We also appreciated the chairs that were put out for visitors, filled water bowls and the toy bin left out for guests. All around a great experience, and we plan on coming back. :)Sergey K.

55This is a beautiful location. Trails for running, plenty to explore, sounds of nearby river. Plenty of good areas to play fetch though much of trail is adjacent to the 4ft fence. Caution if throwing anything that could list or bounce over the fence.
The owner met us as it was our first time and she was exceedingly gracious and helpful. We will come back as often as we are able.Sergey K.

55We really enjoyed visiting this Sniffspot. This particular spot consists primarily of paths through wooded areas which is a wonderful environment to give dogs a chance to be off-leash in the woods. The only thing that could make it better were if the fence were a bit higher (4' farm fence which is disclosed in the description).Sergey K.

55This space was amazing! 6 acres, fully fenced (field fencing), sizable pathways, smaller side trails and a medium sized open area. The terrain is mostly flat with two or three very slight inclines. Plenty of space for your pups to run, sniff and play. Large trees and tons of foliage (great photo ops!). The place feels secluded and private. Bonus...you can catch a glimpse of a river that flows behind the property while walking along one of the paths. The adjacent property has at least one medium sized pup that we saw, and heard a second barking. One of them did approach the fence and seemed friendly, did not bark at us and there were zero signs of aggression towards our pups during their brief interaction. He was quickly called away by his owner (the area of fencing where the two yards meet and the neighbors dog could be visible is small and located near the entrance to the right), we quickly walked past it and didn’t see the pup again during our visit. Fencing seems sturdy, enough so that a paranoid pet parent like myself felt comfortable letting my little guy lead the way and run ahead of us. Upon our arrival, Karen came out to greet us and review the lay of the land briefly. She is super thoughtful, going above and beyond by having potty bags, an umbrella and walking sticks available for use and free of charge. Directions were easy to follow and parking is available right in front of the property. Fencing is secure (double gated entrance) and I felt generally safe in the property and surrounding area. Our pups had a great time exploring this beautiful space, and my sister and I enjoyed our walk in the peaceful atmosphere. We will definitely be visiting this Sniff Spot again!Sergey K.

55This is a fun spot to play in. The main trail is a big loop with some smaller trails in between. We spent the first 25 min sniffing our way through, and once we became familiar with it we spent the next 30 taking turns hiding and having our dog, Qubit, sniff us out.
There is a small cattledog in the property along the right side of the fence. It didn’t come up to the fence, and since Karen gave us a heads up I already dropped treats as we walked past it to keep Qubit’s focus away from the barking (a few woofs. Not too bad). Qubit had fun smelling everything.Sergey K.

55This is a really beautiful place! The are wide paths and little side trails to explore and an open space for playing frisbee or fetch. My dog Kai had a great time exploring all woods. The entry is triple gated for safety and fencing seems secure all around. There are a few place where you can see a neighboring house but we didn't see any people there. If coming from the south it seems faster to get there via Granite Falls. The directions were spot on and parking is easy.Sergey K.

55This yard is HUGE. It goes way back. It's all grass with some beautiful tall trees. It's got some slope to it and some little knolls, which make it nice, but may be a bit harder for your pup to run. Parking is easy on the street nearby. The weather was great, but there is a nice covered patio in case it is rainy. It is fully fenced with a 3 - 4 foot high fence. Your pup would need to be an escape artist to get out. Laura was not there, but her mother told me that she has a very energetic Jack Russell Terrier. I would love to bring my pup back to play with him!David A.

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?

If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 188 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
