All 10 trainers on this Denver list are committed to positive reinforcement. Trusted Denver trainer, Chrissy Messick, uses the following methods: A 20min informational call is scheduled to see if we are a good fit, we pick a program that works for them, prepayment and dates are scheduled. Initial appointment is gather info and then a training plan is made. Each appointment consists of education/exercises and homework and builds on the previous session. Once we are done with the package, one-off sessions are scheduled if needed. I can be reached in between sessions if there are questions. My approach is force - free and we go at the human's and animal's pace. I DO NOT use any type of aversive training. The goal is to build a trusting relationship between human/animal..
