Lucky Pup is an amazing rescue! When we lost our 14 yr old lab we knew we wanted to add another dog to our family. The volunteers at LPR made the process so smooth & helped match the dog that was a perfect fit for our family! Because all of the dogs are in foster homes, their fosters know their personalities & habits & this helps make sure that each dog is going to the best home possible to fit their individual needs. I cannot recommend this rescue enough, whether you are looking to foster or adopt!

"I’ve been a foster for Lucky Pup Rescue for a year now. I am so thankful I took the leap to do this. I cannot say enough good things about everyone in this organization, from the top on down. Everyone involved is truly all about the dogs, which is how rescue is supposed to be. The dog’s well being is top priority and Lucky Pup goes above & beyond to make sure that happens. I am truly grateful that Lucky Pup exists and that I can be a tiny part of their amazing work."

"The people in this rescue work tirelessly not only to help to lovable dogs, but also the less easy to love medical cases that need a lot of hands on sacrifice, TLC, funds. They never turn down the hard ones and I’ve seen countless transformations you wouldnt believe. They are also very careful to not over accept dogs into the rescue which is equally important for the health of both the dogs, and the volunteers!"

"The group does amazing things not only for dogs, but has managed to create a community of womanhood that supports one another! It’s empowering to not only save lives, but save lives amongst heroines. Because of the bond & community that’s been built, fosters are eager to step up, and take in more dogs under their wing. The love & support we have for one another is magical & because of this we’ve been able to love, rescue, raise funds all for the beautiful souls who’ve we made promises to save!"

"Lucky Pup is an incredible organization who not only values the dogs, but surrounds them with volunteers who will go above and beyond for their care and well-being. I’ve been fostering for them for almost two years and also frequently foster serious medical dogs and there has never been a time where Lucky Pup hasn’t done everything possible to provide the necessary care for my pups. They have spent THOUSANDS to save dogs most rescues would give up on. I’m incredibly grateful for that effort and am happy to provide a safe and loving home where they can heal. I feel supported by the organization everyday and have never needed for anything when it comes to supplies, advice, and a cheerleader or two on the hard days."
